Auditors in which they state that they have verified the information
relating to the financial position and the financial statements set out
in this document and have read the document in its entirety.
The historical financial statements presented in this document are
covered by the reports of the Statutory Auditors, set out on pages 120
and 147 .
I hereby certify that, to my knowledge, the financial statements have
been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards
and give a true and fair presentation of the assets and liabilities,
financial position and financial results of the Company and all the
other companies included in the scope of consolidation, and the
management report gives an accurate picture of developments in the
business, financial results and that the enclosed financial position of
the Company and all the other companies included within the scope
of consolidation, together with a description of the main risks and
uncertainties facing them.
