Learning outcomes<br />
Upon the successful completion of the Postgraduate Diploma in Chemical Pathology, graduates<br />
will be able to:<br />
• Display knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of Chemical Pathology.<br />
• Have a sound understanding of instrumentation and principles of laboratory techniques.<br />
• Be able to relate biochemical tests to the disease process – emphasis will be placed on<br />
diseases commonly present in the rural environment.<br />
