is Steve Hoffman.
Mr. Hoffman has owned his franchise
for 13 years. He considers himself
a hands-on owner. He doesn’t
just spend “some time” in the office.
He is there first thing in the morning
when each of the two-person teams
is dispatched. And, he is there when
they return with reports about their
day. He employs 30 professionally
trained cleaners.
The cleaning professionals arrive
in a Molly Maid-signature vehicle,
dressed in matching uniforms. They
bring their own cleaning supplies
and are insured and bonded. The
team understands what needs to
be done, and they get right to it. If
there is something the team misses
or something not cleaned to a customer’s
satisfaction, Molly Maid will
return free-of-charge.
According to Mr. Hoffman, “Each
client can make [his/her] own schedule
based on [his/her] cleaning
needs.” Molly Maid does not issue
contracts to clients, but “works with
the needs of the customer.”
