Individual consultation is available through the<br />
Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program<br />
(AREP) and includes consultation and guidance on<br />
arthritis self-management, group education and a<br />
customized Arthritis Service Plan.<br />

World Suicide Prevention Day<br />
On <strong>September</strong> 10, people from over 50 countries<br />
will join together to recognize World Suicide Prevention<br />
Day. This year’s theme is, “Working Together<br />
to Prevent Suicide.” The Suicide Awareness<br />
Council of Wellington Dufferin is a community<br />
voice that supports the importance of suicide<br />
awareness and prevention. As in previous years,<br />
the Council will be distributing free tulip bulb<br />
packages across the region. The bulbs are the<br />
Council’s symbol of HOPE and resiliency.<br />

Fall Education Series<br />
The CSS Fall Education Series is back with a great<br />
lineup of educators. Check out the ad in this<br />
month’s Sentinel on page 16 or look for flyers at<br />
the Evergreen. Sessions fill quickly, so don't wait<br />

Diabetes Support Group<br />
The Diabetes Support Group welcomes new members<br />
to our group who are living with diabetes.<br />
We meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each<br />
month in Room 2 from 9 to 10 am. Diabetes Care<br />
Guelph joins us in <strong>September</strong> and November as<br />
guest speakers. Please join us on Tuesday, <strong>September</strong><br />
11, at 9 am!
