"Kind of Blue" Diary
The Bell on Monday 26th November
8.00pm - 11.00pm.
"Kind of Blue", a local modern jazz group, will be performing
in the Bell, Woodham Ferrers, Monday 26th November, 8-11.
The group will endeavour to entertain you with the songs of
such diverse artists as Judy Garland, Charlie Parker and Sade.
All arranged in the band's unique style (in the tradition of the
jazz genre, much of it improvised on the spot).
Sandwiches and entry are free, plus a guaranteed friendly
atmosphere.
Jazz at Christmas
The Bell Hall on Sunday 16th December
2.00pm - 4.00pm.
Tickets are going for "Kind of Blue's" seasonal gig in the
afternoon of Sunday 16th December in the "Bell" hall 2-4pm.
If you want a Christmas concert that will include jazz "classics"
followed by a "Christmas sing-song ", accompanied by mince
pies, get your order in now, as numbers are limited.
Entry will be by ticket only, for the princely sum of £5, and
there will be a raffle.
Proceeds will go to breast cancer.
So, to support this worthwhile cause, make sure you get your
