Steps for a Subscriber to get Processed 1. Once the lead has decided to purchase, the Account Manager will transfer the call to Administration to be have their enrollment confirmed. Administration will have a recorded call with them to confirm the program, price, and duration of the subscription, as well as the purchaser’s personal information (email, phone, address, etc.). Administration will then email them the Licensing Agreement(s) for the program(s) they are subscribing to and review it with them. The subscriber will fill the forms out online and submit them back to us. 2. Administration will then discuss the subscriber’s payment options and how each will be handled: - Credit Card: A separate form (Credit Card Authorization Form) will be sent to the subscriber for them to review and sign. They will need to Date and Sign this document online and then submit it back to us. - Check: Administration will inform whom the check will need to be made out to. Checks will be picked up/dropped off via FedEx so they can be tracked. A pre-paid label will be emailed to the subscriber. A pre-paid FedEx pickup will be arranged to pick up the check from their home/work. - Wire: Wire instructions need to be emailed to the subscriber and they will be asked to notify us once they have initiated the wire transfer. 3. Once the paperwork and payment have been received, the subscriber will receive a call from Administration to confirm their enrollment in the program that they have purchased. 4. Once the subscriber had been processed, they will receive a Welcome Aboard email from Administration. Depending on the program, they will receive an email from the Trader welcoming them to the service. The email will also provide log-in information for Trader’s website. 38
5. If they subscribed to one of Russell Sands programs, his office will ship any educational material that is offered with the service to the subscriber, which they will receive in 7-10 days. 6. The advisor’s office will contact all the auto-traded brokers with the authorization that they are a new paid subscriber to the service and authorized to set up an account. 7. Once the subscriber has set up the brokerage account, funded the account, and takes the first set of trades, we ask that the new subscriber contact their Account Manager to let them know this as their subscription time begins when they take their first trade. The Project Manager may ask for their authorization to log into their account, or have them send their monthly Account Statements so that the Project Manager can help them track the progress. 39
