Arrests
Kervens D. Blaise, 24, of 8
Berry St., was arrested on a warrant
at 1:24 p.m. Saturday.
Eric Boga, 28, of 6 Pine Road,
Apt. 2, Beverly, was arrested
and charged with operation of a
motor vehicle with a suspended
license at 3:11 p.m. Friday.
Derek E. Locke, 29, of 115
Lowell St., Apt. 2, was arrested
and charged with nighttime
building breaking and entering
for a felony at 2:31 a.m. Sunday.
Juan Luis Perez-Lopez, 35,
of 198 Williams Ave., Apt. 1,
Lynn, was arrested on Friday at
1:17 p.m. following a traffic stop
at Sears Automotive at 210S
Andover St. and charged with
the unlicensed operation of a
motor vehicle. The vehicle was
towed by Arrington Towing.
Gramoz Stefo, 31, of 29
Walsh Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested
and charged with operating after
a revoked license and on a warrant
at 5:49 p.m. Friday.
Christina Ann Pimenta, 26,
of 16 Fulton St., was arrested
following a motor vehicle traffic
stop on Thursday at 12:17
a.m. at 48 Andover St. and 2
Buttonwood Lane and charged
with three counts of drug
possession.
Wilmar Lopez-Perez, 19,
of 21 Highland Ave., Apt. 1,
Lynn, was arrested following
a motor vehicle traffic stop on
Buttonwood Lane on Thursday
at 11:17 a.m. and charged with
the unlicensed operation of a
motor vehicle, marked lanes violation,
and no inspection sticker.
Nicole Armstrong, 26, homeless,
was arrested at Sports
Collectibles at 14 Peabody
Square for disorderly conduct
and resisting arrest on Thursday
at 2:11 p.m.
Summons
Jose Burgos-Hernandez, 47,
of 92 Cottage St., Chelsea, was
issued a summons on Thursday
3:20 p.m. following a traffic
stop on Dearborn Road and
charged with operating a motor
vehicle with a suspended license.
Vehicle towed by Gaeta’s
Towing.
Mitat Cela, 56, of 16 Gardner
St., Salem will be summoned for
operating a motor vehicle with a
suspended license, and failure to
yield, following a motor vehicle
crash at Kappy’s Liquor at 175
Andover St. on Friday at 10:41
a.m. Motor vehicle was towed
by Arrington Towing.
Accidents
Crossing Guard reports a
tractor trailer is parked at 48
Lynnfield St. 2 Cashman Road
and is causing a hazard on Friday
at 8:29 a.m. The officer issued a
parking ticket to Massachusetts
licence plate no. S49220 for obstructing
the street.
Caller reports her motor vehicle
was struck while parked
in the Macy’s parking lot on
Andover Street and the driver
took off on Friday at 2:43 p.m.
Officer will document the
damage.
A report of a motor vehicle
crash with personal injury at
1:13 a.m. Saturday at Amergent
at 9 Centennial Drive. One drive
was taken to Beverly Hospital
after a two-car crash.
A report of a two-car motor
vehicle crash on Lowell Street
on Wednesday at 5:37 p.m.
Officer reported there were no
injuries and will document.
A motor vehicle crash was
reported on Jubilee Drive on
Thursday at 7:06 a.m. Officer reports
gone upon on arrival.
Minor one-car motor vehicle
crash reported on Thursday at
Dunkin’ Donuts at 8:32 a.m.
Officer reports no injuries or
tow.
Massachusetts State Police
reported a motor vehicle crash
on Thursday at 8:36 a.m. on
Routes 1 and 128 North.
Animal Control
Report of an injured squirrel
at 22 Longview Way on
Wednesday at 5:49 p.m. Officer
reports animal was moved to the
end of the street.
Unknown caller reported a
small white dog running loose
near Tremont Street on Thursday
at 2:50 p.m. Gone upon arrival.
Complaints
A report of a neighborhood
dispute at 4:57 p.m. Friday at 29
Walsh Ave. A landlord reported
an argument over a missing
Christmas tree in the basement
from a tenant.
A caller reported suspicious
activity after seeing a person
going through cars at 1:59 a.m.
Saturday at Tannery Apartments
at 50 Warren St.
A caller reported suspicious
activity at 9:29 a.m. Saturday
as he believed someone tried to
gain access to his home while he
was away on vacation. The caller
noticed a mark on his door, but
police reported no access was
gained and nothing was missing.
A report of a disturbance at
8:39 p.m. Saturday at NFI — MA
Group Home at 136 Washington
St. A caller reported a resident
was out of control and had a
butter knife in his or her possession.
The person was taken
to Salem Hospital; at 1:45 a.m.
Sunday at 149 Washington St. A
caller reported drunken karaoke
singing from the apartment.
A report of a suspicious motor
vehicle at 3:22 a.m. Sunday at 7
Proctor St. A caller reported a
car running and smoking. Police
reported the vehicle was on fire,
which was extinguished.
North Shore Medical Center
Emergency Room requested a
well-being check for a woman
from Endicott Street who walked
out of the ER with an IV in her
arm on Wednesday at 4:36 p.m.
Officer spoke with woman who
is with her son. She did not have
an IV in her arm and all is OK.
Lahey Behavioral Services
dialed 911 to say a party at 91
Central St. sent an email to the
department indicating suicidal
thoughts on Wednesday at 4:40
p.m. Prior to the end of the call
to police caller said she received
a call from Emergency Services
who said they are in touch with
the woman and have a plan.
Officer performed a well-being
check and all is OK.
Resident from 11 Charlotte
St. asked for an officer to speak
to a woman banging at her
door and refusing to leave on
Wednesday at 6:07 p.m. Officer
reports woman is lost and will
be transported.
Caller reported someone in
a Malibu is driving erratically
on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at
2 Walnut and 3 Central streets.
Officer reports gone upon arrival.
An unwanted woman was reported
on Wednesday at 6:46
p.m. at Homewood Suites at
57 Newbury St. Officer reports
woman was in the process of
leaving when they arrived.
Mother requested a wellbeing
check on Wednesday at
7:14 p.m. for her daughter at
the Plaza Hotel at 125 Newbury
St. who has tested positive for
fentanyl and is pregnant. Officer
reports daughter was checked
by EMS and refused treatment.
Black Ford Fusion with a
flat tire reported at Bunghole
Liquors at 79 Lowell St. on
Wednesday at 7:38 p.m.
Possible water break reported
at 2 Walsh Ave. and 48 Driscoll
St. on Wednesday at 8:37 p.m.
Officer checked the area, does
not appear to be a water main
break.
Suspicious black Jeep
Grand Cherokee reported at
17 Catherine Drive and 2 Flynn
Road driving up and down the
street. Officer spoke to operator
who is a private investigator and
advised him to register at the
Peabody Police Department the
next time he is in town.
Illegal dumping reported at
1200 Salem St. on Thursday at
2:04 p.m.
Medical Aid
Request for an ambulance
on Thursday at 5:10 p.m. from
15 Central St., Apt. 302 where
a woman may have fallen and
broken her elbow. Atlantic
Ambulance responded to the
call.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at
8:30 a.m. Sunday at Chabad of
Peabody at 682 Lowell St. The
rabbi reported damage to the
temple.
Report of a break-in to a
landscape trailer at Marotta
Landscaping at 25 Sheffield
Drive and two leaf blowers were
stolen on Thursday at 7:36 a.m.
Officer will document.
