15 percent savings from energy
In the new 20 litre metal barrel project of Sarten, which
was awarded by two institutions, the function and
performance of the existing product was increased,
material usage was reduced simultaneously. At the same
time cycle times were shortened and more efficient
production was achieved accordingly. The weight of the
barrels decreased from 1100 to 1050 grams. During the
cycle time, improvement was also realized above 10
percent. The energy savings achieved by reducing the
cycle time was 15 percent. A minimum of 10 percent more
products can also be shipped in the same vehicle during
transportation accordingly.
This study also allowed the creation of a new product
family as a platform project. Currently, 3 different products
are included in this project. With this project, the amount of
material saved in 2017 was 28 thousand 250 kg.
Enerjiden yüzde 15 tasarruf
Sarten’in iki kurumdan ödül alan 20 LT yeni bidon
projesinde mevcut ürünün fonksiyon ve performansını
artırılarak malzeme kullanımı azaltıldı, çevrim
süreleri kısaltılarak daha verimli bir üretim sağlandı.
Bidonların ağırlığı 1100 gramdan 1050 grama indi,
çevrim süresinde yüzde 10’nun üzerinde iyileşme
gerçekleştirildi. Çevrim süresinin kısaltılması ile elde
edilen enerji tasarrufu yüzde 15 seviyesinde oldu.
Nakliye sırasında aynı araçta minimum yüzde 10
oranında daha fazla ürün sevk edilebiliyor.
Ayrıca bu çalışma bir platform proje olarak yeni bir
ürün ailesi oluşturulmasına da imkân verdi. Halen 3
farklı ürün bu proje kapsamında üretimde yer alıyor.
Söz konusu proje ile 2017 yılı içerisinde tasarruf
edilen malzeme miktarı 28 bin 250 kg oldu.
