If Christian men would protect <strong>the</strong>ir homes from <strong>the</strong> horrors <strong>of</strong> vice, let<br />

<strong>the</strong>m respect <strong>the</strong> laws <strong>of</strong> God. Let <strong>the</strong>m be jealous for <strong>the</strong> sanctity <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ten<br />

precepts given for <strong>the</strong> government <strong>of</strong> mankind. Let <strong>the</strong>m thus purify<br />

<strong>the</strong>mselves, and decide to obey God at any cost to <strong>the</strong>mselves. Then will<br />

<strong>the</strong>y understand <strong>the</strong> mystery <strong>of</strong> godliness, and exclaim with David, "How<br />
