though he was <strong>the</strong> great <strong>of</strong>fender. He inquired what had <strong>the</strong> people done to<br />

him that he should be revenged upon <strong>the</strong>m by leading <strong>the</strong>m into so great a<br />

crime. Aaron's conduct was not justified in <strong>the</strong> least.<br />
