In <strong>2018</strong>, a total of 273 homes were sold with an aggregate<br />
average price of $1.4 million. March was the busiest month<br />
with a total of 42 sales, followed by June at 35 and May at 34.<br />
The highest priced Arizona home sale in <strong>2018</strong> was a recordsetting<br />
$18.8 million in the <strong>DC</strong> <strong>Ranch</strong> village of Silverleaf.<br />
The owner of a three-acre property in <strong>DC</strong> <strong>Ranch</strong>, on<br />
the north side of Legacy Blvd. and west of The Villages<br />
at Desert Park, submitted paperwork for a five residentiallot<br />
subdivision.<br />
CONSTRUCTION<br />
Vertical construction continued for ICON Silverleaf<br />
condominiums, a new collection of 72 single-story,<br />
luxury residences.<br />
Eleven of the 19 homes planned for development at<br />
The Villages at Silverleaf have been sold.<br />

In the Corporate Center at <strong>DC</strong> <strong>Ranch</strong>, Arizona Outback<br />
Adventures was completed. Wentworth Storage is still under<br />
construction and developers submitted preliminary plans for<br />
four office buildings.<br />
