program comes In line with the shift of<br />
technology and customer engagement on<br />

to their needs. This increased our user<br />
engagement as they are able to perform<br />
requests with real time results. They<br />
can control the point’s utilization and<br />
redeem them partially or fully for the<br />
reward they like and pay the balance by<br />

opt for making secured card payments<br />

Who is it targeted towards and what are<br />
the benefits that one can expect?<br />
Our <strong>2019</strong> grand marketing campaign<br />
titled ‘Win the Max with CrediMax’ gives<br />
our cardholders the opportunity to win<br />
luxurious prizes - 4 BMW X2 model <strong>2019</strong><br />
and a total of $60,000 cash. The campaign<br />
which began on 1st of January <strong>2019</strong><br />
will run until the 31st of December <strong>2019</strong>,<br />
introducing new valuable rewards where<br />
cardholders will have the opportunity to<br />
win monthly $ 5,000 and quarterly a BMW<br />
X2 model <strong>2019</strong>. To be eligible to enter the<br />
raffle draw, our cardholders are required<br />
to utilize an accumulated amount of<br />
BD100 monthly to enter one and can<br />
double their chances when the same<br />
accumulated amount is used abroad. This<br />
is just one of the many campaigns we<br />
will be offering our valuable customers<br />
throughout the year. CrediMax has<br />
built a strong relationship with its<br />
customers over the years and is always<br />

In the 20 years since CrediMax was<br />
formed, what has changed in terms of<br />

way we pay, is regarded by many as<br />
the biggest opportunity since the<br />
introduction of plastic cards many<br />
years ago. More payments are shifting<br />
from cash to electronic due to greater<br />
connectivity, availability of multiple<br />
channels and devices providing<br />
opportunities for digital convergence<br />
helping customers and merchants<br />
experience enhanced simplicity and<br />
security in payments. We pride ourselves<br />
in being the leaders in the market, in<br />
providing high-end products and services<br />
to our loyal customers and creating<br />
memorable payment experience.<br />
What can your customers look forward<br />
to in <strong>2019</strong>?<br />
We are currently working on several<br />
innovative projects, both product and<br />
service, that we will be announcing<br />
in due time. We firmly believe that<br />
these new additions to CrediMax<br />
portfolio will enrich our cardholders<br />
shopping experience every time they<br />
use our cards. We will also be launching<br />
seasonal campaigns giving the<br />
cardholders the chance to win valuable<br />
prizes.<br />
What are the short-term and long-term<br />
plans for the next decade?<br />
As the payment landscape is<br />
continuously transforming and new<br />
players entering the market, CrediMax<br />
is focused on digital transformation and<br />
is committed to introduce innovative<br />
cashless mobile payment options to<br />
match the lifestyles of our cardholders.<br />
With the excessive usage of smart<br />
phones and shift towards the digital era,<br />
it is essential that we stay ahead of the<br />
curve in adding cutting-edge technology,<br />
such as our digital wallet - MaxWallet,<br />
Mobile App and more to follow, making<br />
credit card e-service experience easy,<br />
enjoyable and memorable moments for<br />
all our customers.<br />
