“BANGKOK AIRWAYS KRABI HALF MARATHON” MARKS AIRLINE’S<br />
BOUTIQUE SERIES <strong>2019</strong><br />
The “Bangkok Airways Krabi Half<br />
Marathon” at Thara Park in Krabi<br />
province was recently organised<br />
by the airline, led by Mr. Nijjapat<br />
Piyapant, Vice President – Ground<br />
Operations. The event was attended<br />
by Mr. Somkuan Khanngern, Vice<br />
Governor of Krabi and joined by<br />
more than 3,500 running enthusiasts<br />
from around the world.<br />
Bangkok Airways organised<br />
the half marathon to promote<br />
Krabi tourism and to ensure<br />
that participants recognise the<br />
importance of a healthy lifestyle.<br />
Divided into 3 categories, the fun<br />
runs on offer included 5 kilometres,<br />
a mini marathon of 10 kilometres<br />
and a half marathon of 21 kilometres.<br />
Along the route, runners had an<br />
opportunity to experience the<br />
vibrant lifestyle of Krabi city and<br />
the natural beauty of the Paknam<br />
Krabi area. This year’s participants<br />
also experienced Bangkok Airways’<br />
signature boutique touches<br />
from the collaboration with<br />
stupidnoobmacc, a renowned <strong>Thai</strong><br />
illustrator behind “BabyBoy” who<br />
designed a special collection just<br />
for “Bangkok Airways Boutique<br />
Series <strong>2019</strong>”. The unique designs<br />
highlighted each province’s<br />
uniqueness thus themes created<br />
by BabyBoy are featured on the<br />
running series’ shirts, medals and<br />
trophies in each destination.<br />
Bangkok Airways Krabi Half-<br />
Marathon is the first event out of<br />
six planned programmes of the<br />
Bangkok Airways Boutique Series<br />
<strong>2019</strong>. The remaining programmes<br />
are the “Samui Half Marathon”<br />
on 2 June <strong>2019</strong>, “Lampang Half<br />
Marathon” on 7 <strong>Jul</strong>y <strong>2019</strong>, “Phuket<br />
Half Marathon” on 4 <strong>Aug</strong>ust <strong>2019</strong>,<br />
“Chiang Rai Marathon” on 15<br />
September <strong>2019</strong> and “Lanna Half<br />
Marathon” on 3 November <strong>2019</strong>.<br />

ภาคพื้น จัดงาน “บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส กระบี่ฮาล์ฟมาราธอน”<br />
รายการวิ่งรายการแรกของ “บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส บูทีค ซีรีส์<br />
<strong>2019</strong>” (Bangkok Airways Boutique Series <strong>2019</strong>) ณ<br />
สวนสาธารณะธารา จังหวัดกระบี่ โดยมีนายสมควร ขันเงิน<br />
รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดกระบี่ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และมี<br />
นักวิ่งทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติร่วมงานกว่า 3,500 คน<br />
การแข่งขัน “บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส กระบี่ฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” จัดขึ้น<br />
เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและการกีฬาในจังหวัดกระบี่ โดยแบ่ง<br />
การแข่งขันออกเป็นประเภทฟันรัน 5 กิโลเมตร มินิมาราธอน 10<br />
กิโลเมตร และฮาล์ฟมาราธอน 21 กิโลเมตร โดยเส้นทางวิ่งผ่านตัว<br />
เมืองทำให้นักวิ่งมีโอกาสได้สัมผัสวิถีชีวิตผู้คนยามเช้า และความ<br />
งดงามทางธรรมชาติบริเวณปากน้ำกระบี่ ผสมผสานความเป็น<br />
บูทีคในแบบฉบับของบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส โดยเสื้อวิ่งที่ใช้ในการแข่งขัน<br />
ได้รับการออกแบบโดย stupidnoobmacc ศิลปินอิลลัสเตรเตอร์<br />
ชื่อดังชาวไทย ในการนำคาแรคเตอร์ “เบบี้บอย (BabyBoy)” มาใช้<br />
ในเสื้อ เหรียญรางวัล และถ้วยรางวัล ให้มีเอกลักษณ์ไม่ซ้ำกันใน<br />
แต่ละรายการวิ่งของ บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส บูทีค ซีรีส์ <strong>2019</strong><br />
รายการวิ่ง “บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส กระบี่ ฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” เป็น<br />
รายการแรก จากทั้งหมด 6 รายการของ “บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส บูทีค<br />
ซีรีส์ <strong>2019</strong>” ที่จัดขึ้นใน 6 จุดหมายปลายทางของสายการบินฯ<br />
ตลอดปี 2562 โดยรายการวิ่งที่เหลืออีก 5 รายการ ได้แก่ รายการ<br />
วิ่ง “สมุยฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎ์ธานี<br />
ในวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2562 รายการวิ่ง “ลำปางฮาล์ฟมาราธอน”<br />
ที่จังหวัดลำปาง ในวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2562 รายการวิ่ง “ภูเก็ต<br />
ฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ในวันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2562 รายการ<br />
วิ่ง “เชียงรายฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัดเชียงราย ในวันที่ 15<br />
กันยายน 2562 และรายการวิ่ง “ล้านนาฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัด<br />
เชียงใหม่ วันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2562<br />
