Agent Orange Help 

50 years ago we accidentally 

poisoned service men and women, 

with Agent Orange, a blend of 

herbicides sprayed in the jungles of 

Vietnam and Korea to remove trees 

and foliage where enemies could 

hide. 

Veterans Administration has been 

expanding conditions that qualify people 

for disability related to their exposure to 

Agent Orange. 

For the purposes of VA compensation 

benefits, Veterans who served anywhere in 

Vietnam between January 9, 1962 and May 

7, 1975 are presumed to have been exposed 

to herbicides, as specified in the Agent 

Orange Act of 1991. 

These Veterans do not need to show that 

they were exposed to Agent Orange or 

other herbicides in order to get disability 

compensation for diseases related to Agent 

Orange exposure. 

Service in Vietnam means service on land 

in Vietnam or on the inland waterways 

(“brown water” Veterans) of Vietnam. 

Veterans who want to be considered 

for disability compensation for health 

problems related to Agent Orange exposure 

must file a claim. 

During the claims process, VA will check 

military records to confirm exposure 

to Agent Orange or qualifying military 

service. If necessary, VA will set up a 

separate exam for compensation.

The Native American tribes of the Plains 

were people who inhabited the area 

from the Mississippi River in the east to 

the Rocky Mountains in the west and 

from Canada in the north to Texas in 

the south. The geography of this area 

consisted of flat plains, rolling hills, 

grasslands and mountainous areas. It 

was climatically very hot in summer and 

very cold in winter. The number of tribes 

that lived in this area was nearly 30 in 

number. Some of the names of the tribes 

that may be familiar include Arapaho, 

Blackfoot, Comanche, Cheyenne, 

Omaha, Pawnee, Ojibwe, Sioux. and, 

Wichita, to name only a few. There 

were many similarities among these 

tribes as well as differences that made 

distinguishing the tribes. Many of the 

tribes were nomadic, living in movable 

dwellings called tepees. They migrated 

along the route that buffalo herds 

traveled, as the buffalo provided much of 

their subsistence from food to clothing.

Not only the Plains Tribes but all of the 

Native American Tribes have historically 

been tolerant and receptive to the LGBT 

people among them. Within the Plains 

Tribes, the Lakota, Dakota and Nakota 

tribes called gay and lesbian people 

"winkte" pronounced "wink-tey". The 

Catholic and Morman persecutors of 

these tribes, especially the Jesuit priests 

attempted to redefine the winkte word to 

mean hermaphrodite. This referring to a 

plant or animal having both female and 

male reproductive organs. This was the 

Jesuit and Morman attempt to refute that 

there were gay and lesbian people who were 

attracted to the same sex.

Jesuits and probably the Mormans who 

refused to recognize gay and trans people

Yes, the cyclist that admitted to taking 

performance enhancing drugs throughout 

his career and lying about it. Such 

a cheater, the cycling’s international 

governing body stripped Armstrong of all 

seven Tour de France victories and banned 

him for life from competition. 

What can this say about Lance other than 

"How bad are the other Tour de France 

winners? I am not a fan of a guy that used 

drugs and ruined the lives of those that 

trained and fought all kinds of difficulty to 

get to the pinnacle of bike racing. He took 

that away from them. Or to the millions 

of dads that used bike riding as a perfect 

lesson on overcoming hurdles in life.

THE LAST WORD 

Again. Can we talk about the truth? 

I consider my self a reasonable liberal, 

but every label must be qualified. I think 

I am a good democrat but I think I am a 

BETTER caregiver of my nation. It was 

that responsibility that caused me to join 

the military. It is my responsibility to 

bear witness to how we can be financially 

responsible but socially compassionate. 

Today most of congress is like a broken 

clock, championing their individual success 

twice a day. While pointing out how the 

others are wrong. Trump has used racism 

to rile in to doing crazy shit they would not 

normally do. Our biggest mistake thought 

is assuming a lot of the democratic base is 

not racist. They fact we cannot talk about 

racism should be a clue. 

There can be no question our White 

supremacist marches and xenophobic 

Twitter rants demonstrate our overt racism 

to the center of public attention in recent 

months. One symptom we had was not 

doing anything about it. 

Do we remember our past? Are we doomed 

to repeat it? 

In 2016, progressive activist and filmmaker 

Michael Moore predicted that Donald 

Trump would win with states that ordinarily 

go Democratic including Pennsylvania, 

Michigan and Wisconsin. 

He also said In 2018 Hillary won the 

election but Trump was given the 

presidency. 

Michael Moore is recruiting Michelle 

Obama to run for president. 

“In fact, it is Obama — Michelle Obama,” 

Moore said on MSNBC. “Everybody 

watching this right now knows she is a 

beloved American and she would go in 

there and she would beat him.” 

“She takes the stage and she’s so powerful 

and so good you just look at that and think 

of course she could win,” he said. 

Moore asserted that Trump’s popularity 

among his hardcore base was evident last 

month when he officially launched his 

2020 reelection campaign. With chants 

that amounted to "kick people that don't 

look like us out" and no one there bats an 

eyelash. No Republican will stop his racism 

and racist chants. 

The point we may be missing is we need to 

bring out the vote. We have candidates that 

can beat Trump now. But Trump can still 

win the Presidency. The one thing designed 

to protect all states is being used to steal 

America for the rich. The electoral college is 

not designed to protect us from a con man. 

More also states we need to have ballot 

issues that mean something to liberals, 

not just status quo, we will only respond 

to fundamental change. There are many 

conservative that will vote for a democrat 

president. If we don't take this opportunity, 

a Trump victory will be a mandate for white 

supremacy and hate. And the commercial 

wars he stats will take more of our children 

then we ever thought possible.
