INTERESTING IDEAS<br />
It seems that, after years of asking, the DTI are finally thinking of<br />
changing the regulations to allow Payment Distribution Agents (PDAs)<br />
to take slightly longer to pay money over to credit providers once they<br />
get it from consumers. Why this is important is because it helps protect<br />
the PDAs from consumers who later reverse the debt review repayment<br />
for some reason. This can leave them out of pocket or paying extra<br />
costs. Due to the regularity with which this happens it has become a<br />
major issue for PDAs and even threatens their livelihood.
