How to book tickets
In Person:
The Box Office is situated at Huntingdon Hall in Crowngate Shopping Centre and is open
10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday. There is a Box Office at the Swan Theatre but please note that
this is only open 45 minutes before an event and tickets can only be purchased for that day’s
performance.

Tickets can be booked or held on reservation for up to four working days but must be paid for in
full 4 days prior to the performance. Worcester Live reserves the right to release tickets for sale that
are not paid for within these time limits. Please note that all transactions other than those in person
will be subject to a £3 booking fee* and tickets will be automatically posted out unless the event falls
within a week of the booking. In this case tickets will be held in the Box Office for collection but still
incur a booking fee. Please note that most ticket prices include a £1 restoration fee.
*Worcester Live reserves the right to amend the booking fee at any time
Online:
Tickets for most shows can be purchased online through the Worcester Live website
(worcesterlive.co.uk). Tickets purchased online can either be posted out or collected from
the Box Office. Please note that there will be an additional charge for postage (if selected), and a
£3 booking fee per transaction. Please note that most ticket prices include a £1 restoration fee.
By Post:

When booking by post please phone the Box Office first to confirm availability and price of
tickets including booking fee. Please include a cheque made payable to Worcester Live Charitable
Trust Ltd including the booking fee (£3). Tickets will be posted out automatically unless the
event date falls within one week of the booking when they will be kept at the Box Office for
collection. Please note that most ticket prices include a £1 restoration fee.
Payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque, payable to
‘Worcester Live Charitable Trust Ltd.’
Information For Disabled People
There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces available at Huntingdon Hall and The Swan
Theatre. Should you need the service of a companion, their ticket is complimentary. Front of
House facilities at both venues are fully accessible for wheelchairs. We welcome guide dogs and
assistance dogs. Please advise the Box Office at the time of booking, so that suitable arrangements
can be made to accommodate your dog without causing obstruction in the auditorium.
Huntingdon Hall has an induction loop system that works in conjunction with hearing aids
switched to position ‘T’. The Swan Theatre has an infrared hearing assistance system that works
either with a hearing aid or without. Receiving equipment is available on free loan. Please advise
the Box Office or Front of House staff if you require any particular assistance and we will do all
we can to help.
Please note that unfortunately not all venues on the Historic Ghost Walk of Worcester are accessible for
wheelchair users. For more information enquire at the Box Office at the time of booking.
Concessions
Where available, concessions apply to retired over 60s, students, children under 16 and the
unwaged.* Eligibility for concessions should be advised at the time of booking and proof may be
required. *For some shows this may differ. Please contact the Box Office for more information.
Student Tickets
Students and 16-25 year-olds can sign up to receive £5 tickets for Worcester Live shows.* Visit
www.worcester-rep.co.uk/students to get your Student Pass. Turn up at one of our venues 30
minutes before the show starts and present your Student Pass along with an NUS Card, Student
ID or proof of age and you can then purchase your ticket for just £5.

Group Bookings
With every 10 tickets purchased for a single event, the 11th is free. Where there is a mixture of
full price and concessionary tickets in a party, the free ticket will be allocated to the cheapest
ticket purchased. This discount may not be available for private hirer events.
Vesta Tilley Studio Admission:
Due to the nature of the space, it will not be possible to admit audience members once a
performance has started. Similarly, audience members leaving the Studio during a performance will
not be re-admitted (except for after an interval).
General Information
It is not possible to give refunds on ticket sales. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of the Box
Office Manager. There is an administration charge of £1.50 per ticket exchanged.
Both the Swan Theatre and Huntingdon Hall are no smoking venues.
Hirers
Worcester Live can accept no responsibility for the artistic content of hirers’
events.
