PRE-BOARDING<br />

Preparatory checklist for before the executive starts.<br />

☐ Provide the executive with:<br />

• Bios and CV of direct reports<br />

• Access cards (e.g. codes)<br />

☐ Work with IT to coordinate workspace, so the executive has<br />

an appropriate office and equipment available and ready<br />

(e.g. computer and phone)<br />

☐ Pre-book essential activities and training in the executive’s<br />

calendar, for example:<br />

• Meetings with mentor/sponsor/coach<br />

• Lunch with senior leaders<br />

• Meetings with the executive’s own core management<br />

team<br />

☐ Create a list of key stakeholders with names, titles, phone<br />

numbers and email addresses.<br />
