In this part of phase I, it is beneficial to employ structured<br />
methods of learning (e.g. structured interviews with key people in<br />
the organization, employee satisfaction surveys, focus groups,<br />
plant tours, market tours).<br />

o What threats is the company expecting to face in the<br />
future?<br />
o What areas of the business show the most promising<br />
opportunities and what is required in order for these to<br />
be exploited?<br />
o What strengths does the company expect to capitalize on<br />
in a future set up?<br />
