Customer Service Practitioner<br />
Level 2 Apprenticeship<br />
Course length: 15 months | Code: 3130<br />
Entry requirements<br />
• An apprenticeship vacancy in your chosen area.<br />
• You will have an interview.<br />
• You must pass an initial assessment in English<br />
& maths.<br />
About the course<br />
This Level 2 apprenticeship will help you develop the<br />
skills to provide excellent customer service which can<br />
be applied to hundreds of job roles across various<br />
sectors. Good customer service is key to the success<br />
of any business or organisation and you learn how to<br />
deliver the extra levels of service to make a client’s<br />
experience better.<br />
Duties will vary, but in most cases you’ll be making<br />
sure that people are dealt with in a positive, reliable<br />
and pleasant way. Whether that’s by offering advice<br />
on products & services, handling enquiries or even<br />
dealing with complaints professionally.<br />
Your future<br />
After your Apprenticeship, you could progress to the<br />
Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship or<br />
full-<strong>time</strong> study at college. Alternatively, you can use<br />
the skills and experience you have gained to progress<br />
further in your career.<br />

Level 3 Apprenticeship<br />
Course length: 18 months | Code: 3135<br />
Entry requirements<br />
• An apprenticeship vacancy in your chosen area.<br />
• These will be set by your employer, but typically<br />
include 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, plus a<br />
grade 3 (D) or above in English & maths.<br />
• You will have an interview.<br />
• You must pass an initial assessment in English<br />
& maths.<br />
• Experience in a customer service role will be<br />
beneficial.<br />
About the course<br />
As an Advanced Apprentice, you are likely to be given<br />
more responsibility in the workplace. In most cases<br />
you’ll be engaging with customers, making sure they<br />
are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant<br />
way. This could be by offering advice on products<br />
and services, handling enquiries or even dealing with<br />
complaints professionally. During the Apprenticeship,<br />
you will develop the skills to provide excellent<br />
customer service which can be applied to hundreds<br />
of job roles across different sectors.<br />
Your future<br />
After your apprenticeship, you may be able to study<br />
a course at college or university, such as a Higher<br />
Apprenticeship. Alternatively, you can use the skills<br />
