guarded secret, but suffice to say it has a very fine pedigree! Full, rich and complex, it has honeyed flavours<br />

and good freshness to maintain balance. [£13.50]<br />

• 9. Tibaldil, Langhe Favorita, 2018, Piedmont, Italy<br />

100% Favorita. 13% ABV. Aromatic wine with pineapple hints, fresh and positive with good depth. Favorita is a<br />

clone of Vermentino. [£14.50]<br />

• 10. Tibaldil, Langhe Nebbiolo, 2017, Piedmont, Italy<br />

100% Nebbiolo. 13.5% ABV. Full of warm fruit, full and juicy with herb and liquorice flavours. Excellent purity<br />

of fruit character, soft and ripe tannins and good balancing freshnesss.Smooth and silky. [£17.50]<br />

• 11. Foncalieu, Piquepoul Rosé, Coteaux D'Ensérune, 2018, South of France<br />

100% Picquepoul Noir. 12.5% ABV. A charming strawberry scented Rosé with freshness and delicacy. Light<br />

easy drink from the South of France. [£9.70]<br />

• 12. Margan, Margan Shiraz, 2017, Hunter Valley, Australia<br />

100% Shiraz. 13.5% ABV. Spectacular vineyards set amongst the hills of Broke in the Hunter provides Andrew<br />

Margan with the best Shiraz fruit. Smoky bacon and red berries leap out of the glass, echoed by soft tannins,<br />

weight and a long finish. [£14.60]<br />
