Table
44
• 8. Brännland, Just Cider, NV, Sweden
4.5% ABV. Like all our ciders, without additives, colouring, aromas or sugar, our Just Cider is produced using
100% Swedish apples: a new standard for cider and what it should be. [£10.00 - 750ml bottle]
• 9. Brännland, Pernilla, NV, Sweden
8% ABV. Pearly, lightly pétillant and semi-dry, made from Swedish apples, the balance of sweetness and
acidity makes this a highly versatile cider, whether drunk as an aperitif, or paired with a range of cuisines,
including rich pork dishes and Asian food. [£15.00 - 750ml bottle]
• 10. Brännland, Claim Iscider, 2017, Sweden
8% ABV. 'Claim' claims new territory for ice cider. An ice wine made from 100% Swedish apples, concentrated
& elevated using the natural winter cold of northern Sweden. A true & original expression of the country,
apples and family of ciders from which it was born. White flowers on the nose and juicy, sweet, fresh acidity
on the finish. Claim evokes lightness and light, spring and summer, in contrast to the flavors and scents of late
autumn and winter apples associated with our traditional ice cider. [£16.00 - 375ml bottle]
• 11. Brännland, Iscider, 2017, Sweden
Apple Variety: Gravensteiner (mostly). 9% ABV. Our Iscider is the core of our business. The Swedish apples
for this cider are pressed in December, the juice is then naturally frozen and concentrated during the winter
months. Fermented for 10-12 weeks, then aged for 3 months, this cider is the ultimate expression of Swedish
apples in liquid form. [£25 - 375ml bottle]
• 12. Brännland, Barrique Iscider, 2017, Sweden
Apple Variety: Gravensteiner. 11% ABV. Every year we set apart some of our ice cider for barrel ageing. 12
months in barrel softens and integrates the high acidity and fresh apples notes with the natural residual sugar
to create a deeper, more complex ice cider to be enjoyed on its own, chilled, or as an accompaniment to
desserts and cheeses. [£20 - 187ml bottle]
