Taste Argentina is an e-commerce site dedicated to wines from Argentina. <strong>The</strong> specialist site<br />

offers consumers one of the most diverse ranges of Argentinian wine currently available in<br />

the UK. Expect to find fabulous Malbec, including a late harvest pudding wine, as well as an<br />

• 1. Familia Zuccardi, Vida Organica Sparkling Chardonnay, 2016, Mendoza, Argentina<br />

100% Chardonnay. 12% ABV. Lovely citrus fruit, hints of toasted almonds and a gentle fizz. It's light, crisp and<br />

very quaffable! [£15.75]<br />

• 2. Mauricio Lorca, Recoleta Pedro Blanco, 2018, Mendoza. Argentina<br />

100% Pedro Ximenez. 11.5% ABV. A superb dry white made from Pedro Ximenez! <strong>The</strong> Recoleta is carefully<br />

hand-harvested and shows notes of green apple, grapefruit and orange. It's dry, crisp and refreshing. [£10.99]<br />

• 3. Bodega Altocedro, Los Poetas Sémillon, 2018, Uco Valley (Mendoza), Argentina<br />

100% Sémillon. 13% ABV. A lovely Sémillon from high altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley. Delicately fruity with<br />

notes of white flower and lime. [£13.49]<br />

• 4. Familia Zuccardi, Serie A Torrontés, 2017, Salta, Argentina<br />

100% Torrontés. 14% ABV. A classic Torrontés full of white flowers and citrus fruit. Beautifully structured,<br />

aromatic and refreshing. [£14.49]<br />

• 5. Viña Cobos, Felino Chardonnay, 2017, Uco Valley (Mendoza), Argentina<br />

100% Chardonnay. 14.5% ABV. Bright tropical notes combine with racy acidity to give balance and freshness,<br />

while a little oak ageing adds hints of vanilla and butterscotch. [£14.99]<br />

• 6. Susana Balbo, Mandala Blend, 2015, Uco Valley (Mendoza), Argentina<br />

Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Torrontés. 12.5% ABV. A stunning blend from Susana Balbo. <strong>The</strong> Mandala is floral<br />

and aromatic with a touch of buttery oak from several months' ageing in French oak. [£19.99]<br />

• 7. Bodega Del Rio Elorza, Verum Pinot Noir, 2017, Rio Negro (Patagonia), Argentina<br />

100% Pinot Noir. 13.5% ABV. This award-winning Pinot from cool climate Patagonia is an absolute delight! It's<br />

packed full of wild raspberries, subtle smoky notes and delivers a soft, refreshing finish.[£14.75]<br />

• 8. Susana Balbo, Anubis Malbec, 2017, Lujan de Cuyo (Mendoza), Argentina<br />

100% Malbec. 14% ABV. A soft, fruit driven Malbec with loads of raspberry and blackcurrant fruit and a touch<br />

of vanilla from 4 months' ageing in French oak.[£13.49]<br />

• 9. Bodega Los Haroldos, Roble Malbec, 2017, Uco Valley (Mendoza), Argentina<br />

100% Malbec. 13.5% ABV. Intensely fruity with smoky and chocolate notes, underpinned with elegant tannins<br />

and subtle acidity. [£11.75]<br />

• 10. Nieto Senetiner, Limitada Bonarda, 2014, Mendoza, Argentina<br />

100% Bonarda. 14% ABV. A super example of how good the Argentinian Bonarda grape can be! Plenty of rich,<br />

plummy fruit and a hint of black pepper, followed by a long, silky finish. Full-bodied, but so elegant. [£22.75]<br />

• 11. Bodega Alandés, Alandés Cabernet Franc, 2015, Uco Valley (Mendoza), Argentina<br />

100% Cabernet Franc. 14.5% ABV. Soulful Cabernet Franc from high altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley. Ripe<br />

redcurrants throughout with notes of vanilla and sweet spice from 18 months ageing in French oak. [£22.75]<br />

• 12. Susana Balbo, Late Harvest Malbec, 2017, Lujan de Cuyo (Mendoza), Argentina<br />

100% Malbec. 14.5% ABV. Delicious sweet Malbec that's a perfect match for chocolatey puds! Notes of ripe<br />

red fruits and black cherries combined with dark chocolate, cinnamon and liquorice. Simply divine![£19.00]<br />
