Cider is Wine cideriswine.co.uk | @inspectorwine T a b l e 15 Table Should cider be considered any differently than wine? Cider Is Wine is a not-for-profit producers alliance promoting ciders & perries made from 100% juice – not from concentrate. When you buy a bottle of wine you expect it to come from 100% grape juice, because that is EU law. Yet UK law allows a drink to be called cider if it’s made from as little as 35% apple juice, all of which can come from concentrate. Taste a different and lower alcohol experience – enter the world of ciders as you have never experienced them before.Ciders and perries produced from 100% apple & pear juice, from passionate producers. Lots of varieties and styles to taste and experience. Cider Is Wine – Passion, Pride, Satisfaction: 100% juice from apples and pears. • 1.
