I am a 63 year old man from<br />
the Lake of the Ozarks,<br />
Missouri. I graduated in 1974<br />
from Mack’s Creek, Missouri<br />
as valedictorian. I was voted<br />
most scholarly and most likely<br />
to succeed. For personal<br />
reasons, I didn’t attend<br />
college but went to work at the<br />
various industries in the area.<br />
I spent the last thirty years<br />
working at Blair Cedar until<br />
I quit to care for my invalid<br />
mom until her death. I have<br />
dabbled at writing short<br />
stories and had a story that I<br />
co-wrote with a friend<br />
published in a book called<br />
the Book of Exodi titled “The<br />
Huntress of Aveleor”. I also<br />
did digital art and had a poem<br />
in the book. Now I enjoy the<br />
hobby of playing the keyboard<br />
and writing songs.<br />
I wrote “Can You Hear the<br />
Angel’s” because I felt that the<br />
message of Christmas had<br />
been lost among some<br />
Christian churches. Peace on<br />
Earth, good will to men, for<br />
God so loved the world and<br />
not just Christians, etc. Peace<br />
had been replaced by war, love<br />
by hate. They wanted to take<br />
the name of Christ but ignore<br />
his central message. Not just<br />
message but a commandment,<br />
love not just your neighbors<br />
but also your enemies.<br />
