You may be scoring a little average on the five key pillars but really, there isn’t anything you cannot overcome<br />

with strength, tenacity and mindfulness. This coming year sees you overcoming a wave of emotions from<br />

uncertainty and unexpected outcomes so take this as a time deeper self-care practice and embark on a journey<br />

of self-discovery. Go on a meditation or spiritual retreat or constantly check in with yourself to understand your<br />

emotions and feelings in order to successfully navigate through them instead of letting them take over you and<br />

the clarity of your mind.<br />

To ensure a safer, smoother-sailing year, keep in mind that you could be prone to unexpected mishaps,<br />

minor accidents or injury so be extra careful when you’re driving on the road, operating equipment or machinery<br />

or find yourself in situations where your safety could be compromised. Of course, it is not a guarantee that<br />

these mishaps will happen, but regardless, a little extra precaution goes a long way when it comes to our safety<br />

and wellbeing.<br />

An academically strong year for you, now is the best time to use your finances wisely for selfimprovement.<br />

Get certified in a new area of study, complete that master’s degree that’s been<br />

business. Besides investing in learning and education this coming year, also make time to check<br />

off short-term goals by making a list of personal or professional things you’d like to achieve<br />

within the month or the next few months. <strong>2020</strong> is a year of milestones for you, so keeping them<br />
