The Syke Walk & Talk Group
Meet every Monday at 1pm and Fridays at 10am
at Syke Chapel and Community Base.
The walks are led by trained leaders and there are
different levels of walks so there is something to suit
everyone’s needs and abilities. No one is ever left
behind and the more energetic are promoted to the
next level. The Syke Community Base offers their
facilities before the start of the walks and provides
a welcome tea and biscuit refreshment at the end. It
is a great way to get fit and active while making new
friends. Everyone welcome.
