has declared a public health<br />

emergency for the Coachella Valley. Multiple<br />

cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) have<br />

been confirmed locally. At the March <strong>11</strong><br />

city council meeting, Mayor John Aguilar<br />

said, “The Cathedral City Council has<br />

decided to cancel LGBT Days <strong>2020</strong> in order<br />

to protect the health and safety of our residents<br />

and visitors who are at a greater risk<br />
