THE RESIDENT SURVEY
In accordance with the governing documents, the Community
Council conducts a survey every three years to gather resident
feedback and provide guidance for future planning.
In 2019, a confidential questionnaire was distributed to 3,000 households. A
total of 791 residents (one per household) completed the survey, representing
approximately 25% of all households within the community. Analysis of the 2019
DC Ranch Resident Survey revealed some interesting trends:
• One-third of households have at least one child living in the home.
• Seventy percent of the residents are between the ages of 51 to 70.
• Forty percent of respondents moved to DC Ranch since 2015.
• The average household size is 2.47 people.

• Proximity to shopping and dining
• Amenities
• Architecture of home and buildings
