‘Las Ramblas’ Hexagones instantanément reconnaissables
avec ses motifs merveilleux. J’ai choisi de me concentrer sur
les hexagones et de garder les couleurs simples - noir et
blanc. J’ai appliqué une interface légère sur un fonds à
motifs. J’ai ensuite découpé et repositionné pour trouver
une nouvelle image.
‘Las Ramblas’ Instantly recognisable hexagons with
wonderful patterns. I decided to focus on the hexagons and
keep the colours simple - black and white. I used a
lightweight interfacing appliquéd onto a patterned
background. I then cut up and repositioned the hexagons
into a pleasing new design.

Les hexagones m'ont tout de suite attirée, bien sûr, mais les
bottes étaient la véritable attraction car j'ai une obsession
pour les chaussures. J'ai décidé de présenter les bottes et
d'être scandaleux avec le motif et la couleur. J'ai fait un
pochoir de l'ammonite à imprimer sur le pavé hexagonal.
The hexagons appealed to me immediately, of course, but
the boots were the real attraction as I have an obsession
with footwear. I decided to feature the boots and be
outrageous with pattern and colour. I made a stencil of the
ammonite to print onto the hexagon pavement.
