1041 Russian Klingert silver & enamel part tea service<br />

Late 19th/early 20th c, Moscow, with maker’s mark of Gustav Klingert and assayer’s<br />

mark probably of Ivan Lebedkin, 84 standard silver and cloisonne enamel, comprising<br />

a sugar pot (2.25’’ x 4’’), a cream jug (3’’ x 2.5’’ x 3.75’’), a pair of sugar tongs<br />

(4.25’’ x 0.75’’) and 12 spoons (4.25’’), 15 pcs, gross weight, 15 oz tw approximately,<br />

est:$2000/3000 Condition: Good condition overall. General marks, scratches, rubbing<br />

and tarnishing to surfaces commensurate with age and use. Some very minor<br />

scattered losses to enamel. With some spotting to interiors of holloware items, as<br />

visible in catalogue photos.<br />

rendering of decoration overall. All pieces in good overall condition. With typical<br />

slight marks, scratches, rubbing, tarnishing and wear commensurate with age and<br />

use. Silver weight includes only all sterling articles. Knives with variations in size and<br />

a teapot (6.25’’ x 11’’ x 5.5’’), a cream jug (4’’ x 6.5’’ x 3.5’’) and a double-handled<br />

sugar bowl (4’’ x 8’’ x 4’’), coffee & teapots with ebonized handles and finials,<br />

not monogrammed, 4 pcs, gross weight, 61 oz tw approximately, est:$800/1200<br />

Condition: Generally good condition overall. With typical light marks and scratches<br />

commensurate with age and use. With a small ding to side of sugar bowl. Some slight<br />

unevenness to surfaces of coffee & teapots. Finial to coffee pot with some losses to<br />

stem. Slight tarnishing to surfaces. Feet to all somewhat unevenly attached.<br />
