Designed by Georg Jensen circa 1908, an assembled set, variously marked, including<br />

a coffee pot (8.5’’ x 9’’ x 6’’), a cream jug (2.75’’ x 6.5’’ x 4.5’’) and a covered sugar<br />

bowl (4’’ x 4.7’’5 x 3.5’’), not monogrammed, 3 pcs, weight of sugar bowl, 11 oz,<br />

est:$2000/4000. Provenance: Property from a Private Collection, Hidden Hills, CA<br />

Condition: An assembled set, as stated. Variously marked, dating from circa 1930<br />

to post 1945. Approximate weight of creamer: 5 oz, approximate weight pot: 20 oz.<br />

General light marks, scratches and tarnishing to surface, commensurate with age<br />

and use. Surfaces rather rubbed- appears original surface has been rubbed with fine<br />

grade steel wool. Coffee pot with some denting to side and to base of spout. Handles<br />

with typical yellowing, and fine inherent cracking, as visible from catalogue photos.<br />

Designed by Gundorph Albertus circa 1930, an assembled set, variously marked,<br />

including a 2 piece salad set (10.25’’), 1 cake knife (10.25’’), 1 cheese plane (8.25’’),<br />

not monogrammed, 4 pcs, weighable sterling, 11 oz tw approximately, est:$400/600.<br />

Provenance: Property from a Private Collection, Hidden Hills, CA Condition: An<br />

assembled set, as stated. Variously marked, dating from circa 1930 to post 1945.<br />

Good overall condition. With typical marks, scratches, rubbing and tarnishing<br />

commensurate with age and use. Some slight rust spotting to blade of cheese plane.<br />

Knife and plane with stainless blades. Weight is approximated for each piece at 0.5<br />

oz. Not monogrammed.<br />

likely varying in age. Steel bladed articles not included in weight. General light<br />

marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. Some pieces<br />

monogrammed, as stated- namely demitasse spoons and ice cream forks.<br />

1157 a dominick & Haff sterling floral coffee service<br />

Late 19th c, with maker’s marks and further marked ‘’Sterling / 129 / Theo B Starr’’,<br />

comprising a coffee pot (6.25’’ x 6.5’’ x 4.5’’), a covered sugar bowl (3.5’’ x 5.5’’ x 4.5’’)<br />

and a cream jug (3’’ x 5.5’’ x 4.5’’), decorated overall with repousse floral vines, not<br />

monogrammed, 3 pcs, gross weight, 37 oz tw approximately, est:$700/1000. Note:<br />

Retailed by Theodore B. Starr, New York, NY Condition: Good condition overall. Very<br />

nicely executed decoration. General light marks, scratches and tarnishing to surface<br />

commensurate with age. Fine stable cracking to insulator handles of coffee pot.<br />
