This spring, don’t be a couch potato. Instead,
get fit while watching your favorite films! Try
this tip with movies that are fitness-forward,
such as the action-packed 2006 classic Stick It.
This movie is full of laughs and angsty teenage
jams (here’s looking at you, Fall Out Boy), not
to mention a stellar performance from Missy
Peregrym, who portrays Haley Graham, the
tomboy gymnast comeback queen. While the
following workout won’t magically improve
your back handspring, it will make you feel
good about taking the time to watch a flick. Just
be sure to drink plenty of water and spend five
to ten minutes stretching after working out.
