Future
Norrporten’s latest acquisition in Copenhagen
is the Havneholmen Tower property,
a 12-storey building. The property
comprises a total 19,000 square metres
of office space. Havneholmen Tower has
a strong environmental profile and has
Green Building certification.
The Tower is the second property on
Havneholmen that Norrporten has acquired
from Skanska. The Atrium property
that hosts, among others, Handelsbanken
and BDO ScanRevision, is
located next door.
The demand for modern and flexible
office premises in central Copenhagen
remains high.

include Ferring, Skandia, BDO
Scanrevision, Vattenfall, and Handelsbanken.
The Copenhagen region has 1.9 million residents, about one third of Denmark’s
population. The University of Copenhagen dates back to the 15th century. After
Uppsala University, it is the oldest university in the Nordic region and has about
35,000 students. Research focuses particularly on medicine, biotechnology, environmental
engineering and pharmaceutical technology.
The Danish capital features broad boulevards, narrow alleys, verdant parks
and a lively street life in close proximity to the sea. Copenhagen also boasts
rich cultural, entertainment, shopping and events offerings.
