The Christchurch City Council has approved changes to the
Christchurch District Plan based on Proposed Plan Change
3 Provisions for the National Grid Transmission Lines in the
Commercial Core Zone, at its meeting on 11 November 2020.
These changes will become operative on 26 November 2020,
in accordance with Clause 17(2) of Schedule 1 to the Resource
Management Act.
The operative plan change is now available for public viewing
online at https://www.ccc.govt.nz/districtplanchange3/ or during
normal opening hours at any of our service centres or libraries. For
details of your nearest service centre or library, please telephone
941 8999.
