Commercial Core Zone, at its meeting on 11 <strong>November</strong> <strong>2020</strong>.<br />
<strong>The</strong>se changes will become operative on 26 <strong>November</strong> <strong>2020</strong>,<br />
in accordance with Clause 17(2) of Schedule 1 to the Resource<br />
Management Act.<br />
<strong>The</strong> operative plan change is now available for public viewing<br />
online at https://www.ccc.govt.nz/districtplanchange3/ or during<br />
normal opening hours at any of our service centres or libraries. For<br />
