In the center of Osaka and on the westside of<br />
Nakanoshima, Minami-Temma Park is a popular spot<br />
for cherry blossom viewing. A four season plan<br />
to enjoy trees and flowers was selected through a<br />
design competition. Near the waterfront, LEDs hidden<br />
in the hand railing, “Turner Light” create a relaxing<br />
atmosphere and a magical night waterscape.
