Intellect: Create a Better You
The Intellect Company
Health & Fitness
Intellect was developed by a team of
world-renowned behavioural experts
and psychologists. The App aspires to help users
improve their personal struggles, traits, habits
and behaviours, and help them get rid of negative
attributes such as procrastination, low self-esteem
and anxiety.
Customer Reviews:
“When I first started this app, to be honest i didn’t
expect much at all, because there are a lot of app
out there that pretend to give you the same, but
none of them does or ever will, but
Intellect is something else. I learned
to understand myself more, and to
manage more thing’s in me then I ever
did, and also Intellect made me realize
my true feelings when I couldn’t really
understand myself. Thank you so much
for the effort and for the great app.”
YONKO SASSI.
“Pretty nice and simple app. And it takes 5min
for each “check in”. It constantly reminds you that
you’re a human and it’s okay to feel the way you
feel. I just started but so far I’m enjoying doing
a check in during my breaks or in the morning.
I’m calmer and every time I feel stress coming up,
I know that this will pass and that stressing out
won’t make it go quicker.” M G.
“So far, so good. Seems to be ad-free as of Jan 2,
2021, and I have to say that this is vital. Intrusive
ads would kill this app. There is nothing groundbreaking
about what it tells you, but the questions,
I love this app! I’ve tried
so many other apps for
mindfulness and enhancing
productivity but this has
to be my favourite one.
check-ins, and advice are well laid-out and well-presented
for increasing self-awareness. It is actually helpful to me,
and pleasant to use. This can really replace some very basic
counseling sessions if you’re looking for self-improvement
help. But please fix typos.”
May Shue
“Really surprised by this app as I’ve tried
others and this is by far the best. I find
the personality profile (using the big
5) to be accurate. I’ve started the selfesteem
module and it’s much deeper than I
anticipated and encourages you to look at past experiences
as well as current. I’m really interested to see the rest of
the modules also. The interface is great, super clean and
non-intrusive, really streamlined and easy to use.” Erin
Jones.
“I love this app! I’ve tried so many other apps for
mindfulness and enhancing productivity but this has to
be my favourite one. Each learning path is well explained
and the Check-ins make sure that you are applying it all.
There’s even the short rescue that helps you stop and
calmly go through your thoughts and feelings, whatever
that may be. If you bullet Journal and never use your habit
tracker, this is the best alternative. I really recommend this
and I hope more people try this soon!” Ivy Showers.
