Fresh snow welcomed skiers back to the district’s<br />
skifields on the first day of level 2 on Wednesday last<br />
week. It was a glorious day with the sun shining, before<br />
strong winds ramped up later in the week. Skifields<br />
around the country, including <strong>Selwyn</strong>’s six club and<br />
commercial fields, have had a tough year with Covid-19<br />
lockdown and level 3 restrictions keeping them closed<br />
for three weeks in peak season.<br />
