BRISTOL CITY snapped up
Welshman Andy King on a
one-year deal in the summer.
The midfielder is no stranger to
the Football League with the
majority of his early career at
Leicester City played in tiers
two and three.
King was then a major part of
Leicester’s Premier League
success, but game time began
to dwindle, and he headed out
on loan to Swansea City, Derby
County, Rangers and
Huddersfield Town prior to
linking up with Nigel Pearson
again at OH Leuven in 2020/21.
He’s now followed Pearson to
Ashton Gate and with an assist
and a goal in his first few games,
has enjoyed a good start to life
with the Robins.

Martin joined Bristol
City from Derby
County in September
2020.
Martin started out at
Norwich City, making
117 appearances
before joining Derby in
the summer of 2013
following a loan stint.
The goals flowed in his
first three campaigns
with the Rams, but
changes of
management saw
Martin make loan
moves to Fulham,
Reading and Hull City,
with mixed success.
Martin scored just
four times for the
Robins in his first
campaign at the club
but has already
struck twice so far
this season.
