ENJOYS TO HAVE LEARNT
BY RUTHMANN
In our plant in Satan Maria Del
Piano in Italia, I am responsible
for the mounting of the telescopic
system.
I started to work at RUTHMANN
seven years ago. I had the opportunity
to complete my apprenticeship
there under the guidance of
Paolo Marti from whom I learnt a
lot of. During my apprenticeship,
I was able to expand my knowledge.
I am very happy to work
for RUTHMANN and to assemble
these great machines.
The history of RUTHMANN, which
stands for quality and reliability,
is unique. The incredible growth
of the company in the last years
impressed me and I am proud of
being involved in this success.
I am responsible for the assembly
of the boom system what is very
important for the proper and safe
functioning of the machine. Highest
precision and care have highest
priority in my work.
It motivates me again every day to
search for new improvements in
order to make our products even
better. My superiors always have an
eye open for this and some of the
proposals are already integrated in
new products.
I really enjoy working at
RUTHMANN Italia s.r.l. and I look
forward to my job every morning.
RUTHMANN is one of the best
employers here and I can only recommend
it.
DAVID VANNUCCI LEARNED MUCH BY RUTHMANN
When I started my apprenticeship
at RUTHMANN Italia 6
years ago, I did not quite know
how to hold a drill :) Fortunately,
I had Roberto Marti as
instructor and he taught me a
lot.
After the successful apprenticeship,
I was taken on by RUTHMANN
and now I am responsible for the
assembly and pre-testing of the hydraulic
system in our plant in Santa
Maria del Piano.
As employee at RUTHMANN, I
feel that I am taken seriously. The
management is very interested in
innovations and takes our suggestions
into account. We then
consider together what can be
integrated into the product in the
future in order to further improve
the products. I feel as important
part of a sworn team.
In my sector, the pre-testing of the
hydraulic system, there are new
challenges daily and it is a dynamic
process that never bores me. Every
day presents challenges and that’s
what drives me. I enjoy going to
work.
In the last years, RUTHMANN has
expended very much and continues
to do so. It’s fun being part of this
company and it feels great being
involved in these machines.
There is always a lot of fun with
our team, also during work and the
atmosphere is very good. I particularly
remember a visit of a trade fair
together which was very funny -
but I better not reveal any details :)
