“Gel de serme” from Royal Halı
There is a song titled “Gel de sevme” in Turkish, which means “How not to
Love”. When it applies to the carpet business, it goes “Gel de serme”, which
means “How not to spread out”. Royal Carpet’s new commercial uses this theme
with the famous singer Ebru Yaşar who sings the song.
Ebru Yaşar’s song “How not to Love” inspired by Royal
Halı’s 2022 collection. Yaşar adapted her song “How
not to Love” (in Turkish Gel de sevme) as “How not to
spread out” for the Royal Halı.
Ebru Yaşar, the famous Turkish music performer,
became the advertising face of a brand for the first
time. The artist adapted the song “How not to Love” to
the new commercial of the Royal brand as “How not to
spread out”. Yaşar, who took part in the commercial
for the brand’s new campaign, sang her new song
with her own voice, along with the version adapted for
Royal Halı.
Famous artist Ebru Yaşar became the first brand
face of Royal Halı
Expressing her happiness for being the advertising
face of a brand for the first time, the artist said;
“I am extremely happy to take part in the campaign
of a really big and pioneering brand. It was a very
pleasant collaboration. My song and I are almost
integrated with the brand. I formed a strong bond with
the models of Royal Halı inspired by nature with its
colors and textures. I enjoyed performing my song
“How not to Love” as “How not to spread out” for
Royal Halı. I hope my fans share the same feelings
as me. Because I am sure that the new version of my
song will be very favorite and popular.”

drew inspiration from nature in its collections for
2022.
