Üretimde yenilikçi yaklaşımlar

Günümüz insanı için giyinme, tıpkı beslenme gibi vazgeçilmesi mümkün olmayan temel
bir ihtiyaç. Bu zorunluluk tekstil sektörünün hem üretim, hem de istihdam açısından
büyük kapasitelerle çalışmasına neden oluyor. Türkiye’nin ihracatında lokomotif sektörleri
arasında yer alan tekstil sanayisi makine alanında önemli atılımlar yaptı. Özellikle
son dönemde ‘yerli ve milli’ sloganıyla üretimde cari fazla verme yolunda ilerleyen
tekstil makineleri sektörü her geçen gün ithalatla ihracat arasındaki makası kapatıyor.
Günümüzde, Türk tekstil makine sektörü Ortadoğu’dan Avrupa ve Uzakdoğu’ya kadar
yaklaşık 150 ülkeye ihracat gerçekleştiriyor. Sektörün gelişen yapısına rağmen ithalat,
halen en önemli sorunların başında geliyor. Uzmanlara göre yerli imalatçıların iç pazara
hakim olamaması nedeniyle ülkemiz ihracatının çok üzerinde ithalat gerçekleştiriyor.
Uluslararası pazarlarda rekabet eden firmaların zorlu rekabet ortamında başarıyla
yer alabilmeleri için sürekli yeni ve özgün çalışmalar yapmaları gerekiyor. Bu süreç,
özellikle yenilikçi fikir, yani inovasyon ve tasarım konusunu öne çıkarıyor. Hangi ürünü
geliştirirseniz geliştirin, hangi ürünü üretirseniz üretin, farklı bir şey söylemiyorsanız, kısa
süreli başarının önüne geçemezsiniz. Teknik tekstil sektöründeki bireysel ürünler için
artan bir taleple birlikte, üretim zincirinde otomasyon ve sayısallaştırma gereksinimi de
artmaktadır. Fonksiyonel tekstiller ve akıllı tekstiller, elektronik ve duyusal işlevlerin entegrasyonu
sektördeki bir başka eğilimdir. Bu teknolojilerin uygulanmasıyla, gelecekteki
konfeksiyon ve teknik tekstil ısıtabilir, aydınlatabilir, koruyabilir, enerji üretebilir, iletişim
kurabilir ve tanımlayabilir. Buna ek olarak, tüketiciler geri dönüşümlü tasarımlar ve
geri dönüştürülmüş malzemelerden yapılmış ürünler istemektedir. Sektörlerde Ar-Ge
faaliyetleri daha çok nano-teknoloji ile üretilmiş üstün performanslı ürünler, fonksiyonel
tasarımlar, ekonomik çevreci yaklaşımlar, farklı kullanım sahalarına yönelik gelişmiş
teknik tekstiller, geri-dönüştürülmüş ürünler gibi konular üzerinde yoğunlaşıyor.
Innovative approaches in production
Clothing is a basic need that cannot be given up, just like nutrition for today’s people.
This necessity has been causing the textile sector to work with large capacities in
terms of both manufacture and employment. The textile industry, which is among the
locomotive sectors in Turkey’s exports, has made important breakthroughs in the field
of machinery. Especially in the last period, the textile machinery sector, which has
been on the way to give a current account surplus in production with the slogan of
‘domestic and national’, is closing the gap between imports and exports with each
passing day. Today, the Turkish textile machinery sector exports to approximately 150
countries from the Middle East to Europe and the Far East. Despite the developing
structure of the sector, import is still one of the most important problems. According
to experts, because domestic manufacturers cannot dominate the domestic market,
our country imports much more than its exports. Companies, which are competing in
international markets, need to constantly carry out new and original studies in order
to be able to successfully take part in a challenging competitive environment. This
process particularly highlights the innovative idea, namely innovation and design.
Whatever product you develop, whatever product you produce, you cannot prevent
short-term success if you do not say something different. With an increasing demand
for individual products in the technical textile sector, the need for automation and
digitization in the production chain is also increasing. Functional textiles and smart
textiles, integration of electronic and sensory functions is another trend in the sector.
With the application of these technologies, future apparel and technical textiles can
heat, illuminate, protect, generate energy, communicate and define. In addition,
consumers want recycled designs and products made from recycled materials. R&D
activities in the sectors mostly focus on high-performance products produced with
nano-technology, functional designs, economical environmental approaches, advanced
technical textiles for different areas of use, and recycled products.
