HALHOLE! [Births] Giselle Giselle Sesi was born on July 18, 2005 at 1:43 p.m. at Troy William Beaumont Hospital. She weighed exactly 7 lbs. and was 20 inches long. Proud first-time parents are Devin and Hala Sesi. Giselle is the fourth grandchild to Korkess & Mary Sesi and the first grandchild to Rahim & Janet Bahri. Godparents are Joe Bahri and Hilda Bahri. [Engagements] Don and Candace Adnan & Firial Loussia are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Don Loussia, to Candace Garmo, daughter of Nasser & Anna Garmo. The couple will get married at Mother of God Church, with a reception at Penna’s of Sterling Heights, in June 2006. Holly and Sadeer Holly Thomas Gallozi and Dr. Sadeer Daood celebrated their engagement on August 28, 2005. Holly is the daughter of Adel & Janice Thomas Gallozi. Sadeer is the son of Osam & Suham Daood. Both graduated from University of Detroit Mercy. Sadeer is a practicing dentist and Holly is a dental hygienist. The couple plans a June 2006 wedding. Giselle Sydney and Samantha Sydney and Samantha Yousif and Pauline Jiddou are proud to announce the birth of their daughters, Sydney Marie and Samantha Maria, born on July 22, 2005 at 6:02 a.m. and 6:03 a.m. Sydney Marie weighed in at 5 lbs., 2 oz. and measured 18.75 inches, while Samantha Maria weighed 3 lbs., .5 oz. and measured 16.25 inches. Rena and Joseph Dr. Rena Beckerly and Dr. Joseph Harawi recently became engaged at the Ritz Carlton in Boston. Joseph is the grandson of the ex-president of Lebanon, His Excellency Elias Harawi, and is pursuing an internal medicine residency in Boston with aspirations to become a cardiologist. Rena is an anesthesiology resident at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston. The wedding is planned for June 2006 in Beirut, Lebanon.
