We have about 150 employees now and they are what
make us successful,” Saber said.

The partners are now trying something new: taking
the Fuddruckers experience on the road to homes
and businesses.
“We launched catering this summer. We will come
to your parties with grills and fryers and barbecue at
your business or home,” Saber said. “We did more than
15 parties last summer. At one party we served over
150 people. We plan to focus more on it next year.”
Saber Ammori said he isn’t sure how much larger
their restaurant empire will grow. “We have
worked very hard,” he said, “and we want to enjoy
what we have.”
