50ml Pimm’s Nº1<br />
75ml lemonade<br />
25ml sparkling wine<br />
garnish – cucumber, fruit & sprig of mint<br />
In a wine glass filled with ice, mix Pimm’s No.1 with<br />
lemonade and sparkling wine. Garnish with cucumber,<br />
fruit and a sprig of mint.<br />

50ml Bacardi Spiced Rum<br />
100ml pineapple juice<br />
garnish – pineapple slice, sprig of rosemary<br />
Fill a highball or Tiki glass with cubed or crushed ice.<br />
Pour in the Bacardi spiced rum and pineapple juice.<br />
Give it all a gentle stir and garnish with a pineapple slice<br />
and a sprig of rosemary.<br />

150ml ginger ale<br />

Fill a glass of your choice with ice. Add Tarquin’s<br />
Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin, pour over your ginger ale and<br />
give a quick stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a sprig of<br />
mint and fruit.<br />
