Tell us about your role in St Austell Brewery.<br />
How long have you worked for the business?<br />
I’m Customer Experience Manager for St<br />
Austell Brewery. My role focuses on driving<br />
improvement across the business, to ensure<br />
we’re delivering fantastic experiences for<br />
our customers. A key part of my role is using<br />
feedback from our customers to find ways to<br />
improve our offering, across our pubs, our beer<br />
brands, and supporting our teams in bringing<br />
these improvements to life. I’ve worked for the<br />
St Austell Brewery for just over two years and<br />
love being a part of the team.<br />
What does a typical day look like for you?<br />
I am always busy doing lots of different things.<br />
From being a part of department meetings<br />
and ordering stock to being more hands on<br />
and serving behind the bar, and supervising in<br />
the kitchen. There is never a day which is the<br />
same. That’s why I love my job. My favourite<br />
part of the week is enjoying a pint after work<br />
on a Friday with the team and getting to try<br />
some of our latest beers.<br />

What’s your go to drink of choice?<br />
A pint of one of our brilliant beers, of course.<br />
Anthem is my current go to drink of choice<br />
but you also can’t beat a pint of korev in the<br />
Cornish sunshine.<br />
Can you tell us something interesting that<br />
not many people know about you?<br />
I studied German at University and had the<br />
opportunity to study abroad for the year<br />
in Cologne. It was a fantastic experience,<br />
although don’t ask me to speak any German<br />
now… it’s a little rusty!<br />

What’s your favourite part of your job?<br />
My favourite part of my job is getting out and<br />
about to visit the teams in our pubs. We have<br />
pubs in such beautiful locations and it’s great<br />
to see our guests enjoying our food and drink,<br />
and wonderful service from our teams first<br />
hand.<br />
Tell us a little bit about what you like to do in<br />
your spare time?<br />
I love spending time in the garden growing<br />
flowers to make bunches and arrangements.<br />
The summer is particularly busy with lots of<br />
beautiful flowers now coming into bloom.<br />
We’ve also recently bought a c<strong>amp</strong>er van and<br />
are planning lots of adventures in the coming<br />
months.<br />
