New selfie highlight on the Gornergrat
The historic locomotive 3003 has been on the Gornergrat
since August 2023. It was repaired and gilded – in the
truest sense of the word. At the end of a short walk of
130 metres with exciting stories about the railway, the
locomotive is parked downhill for impressive photos with
the Matterhorn and breathtaking views. The themed
trail to the Golden Spot is open all year around.

in a nostalgic carriage with a love of homely details. An
experienced guide with local knowledge will accompany
you on the day trip and tell you exciting stories from the
region. A window seat for the most beautiful view is guaranteed

the guests. Stops for unique photos to remind you of your
trip and a souvenir once the journey is completed round
