Zermatt has excellent rail connections to/from many Swiss<br />
cities and airports. From Visp / Brig – where the international<br />
lines from the North (Germany / Lötschberg), the<br />
West (Lake Geneva) and the South (Simplon / Milan) meet<br />
– the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn brings visitors to Zermatt<br />
every thirty minutes. The journey through the wild and<br />
romantic Visp valley is an experience – and the holidays<br />
haven’t even started! Lined up in a chain of tourist pearls:<br />
the old mountain guide village of St. Niklaus, the sun-soaked<br />
terrace of Grächen, quaint yet never boring Randa,<br />
and finally up-and-coming Täsch.<br />

From 7 am to 7 pm, trains run every 30 minutes between<br />
Zermatt and Visp – Brig – Fiesch and vice versa.<br />

Matterhorn Terminal Täsch multi-storey car park<br />
Since Zermatt is car-free, individual travellers and groups<br />
travel from Täsch on the Zermatt shuttle. In Täsch, 2,100<br />
covered parking spaces are available at the Matterhorn<br />
Terminal Täsch. 365 days / 24 hours. Parking space reservation<br />
not possible.<br />

The Matterhorn Terminal Täsch (P MTT) multi-storey car<br />
park accommodates a maximum vehicle height of 2.30<br />
metres. For larger vehicles, open-air parking spaces are<br />
available at the entrance to the village of Täsch (P2 Schali<br />
– see sketch below).<br />
Luggage: individual visitors<br />
Convenient luggage transport between Täsch and Zermatt.<br />
With a free luggage trolley from the car park to the<br />
shuttle train. CHF 5.00 deposit per trolley. The multi-storey<br />
car park and train station are located in the same building.<br />
