Iglu Specials day & night
An igloo night high above Zermatt
Immerse yourself in a magical white world. Artistically decorated
sculptures adorn the igloos and create the setting
for an unforgettable night in the mountains. The igloo
village is situated at 2,727 metres above sea level, below
the Gornergrat ridge. Visitors can look forward to romantic
double igloos and group igloos as one of the most extraordinary
hotels in the world. Over a glass of sparkling
wine in the whirlpool, everyone is enchanted by the impressive
panorama of the Matterhorn high above Zermatt.
Discover the igloo village on fascinating guided tours and
visit the igloo bar on Rotenboden. Use the impressive snow
facilities for a unique event or an exceptional incentive.

Igloo Lunch Fondue
Enjoy a breathtaking ride on the cogwheel railway up the
Gornergrat. Then return to the Rotenboden station and
make your way on foot to the Igloo Village (10 to 15 minutes'
walk). There you can enjoy the legendary igloo
fondue and a hot drink at the outdoor bar. After the
meal, walk back to Rotenboden and take the train back
to Zermatt.

Winter walking
In the midst of 29 four-thousand-metre peaks, well-prepared
winter footpaths wend their way through the
snow-covered Alpine world away from the ski slopes.
Available from Christmas to Easter, weather permitting;
subject to change at short notice.
