Association joined forces to organise a<br />
clubs expotoshowcase whatthe town<br />
has to offer.<br />
Expo coordinator Sylvia Bowles said<br />
shereached out to more than 100<br />
organisations, with around40local<br />
clubs supporting the event throughout<br />
the day.<br />
‘‘I was surprised at how many<br />
organisations there are doinggood in<br />
the community, there is aphenomenal<br />
number of clubs in Amberley.<br />
‘‘Amberleyisgrowingand thereisa<br />
lot of new people moving into the area<br />
and lookingfor connections, things to do<br />
and groups to join.’’<br />
She said therewas asteadyflow of<br />
people throughout the day and ‘‘lots of<br />
chattergoing on’’.<br />

received afew enquiries from visitors to<br />
the expo.Hesaid the Amberley had<br />
more than 50 members,but always<br />
