GLAMPING<br />
Outerspace manufactures structural insulated<br />
panel (SIPs) building kits with sustainable<br />
materials to trade customers all around the UK.<br />
Kits are designed to produce minimal waste using<br />
sustainable materials. No need for multiple material<br />
deliveries – Outerspace sources everything for the outer<br />
structure, conveniently delivering the whole kit in a single delivery, minimising carbon footprint. Build<br />
times are significantly faster than timber frame buildings saving significant labour costs.<br />
One trade client, Coalbunker, confirms the above. Having met at the Glamping Show in 2021,<br />
Outerspace saw the company’s show building and they started talking further. 12 months later the same<br />
building was at the 2022 glamping show but with one difference – it was built with SIPs. Here’s what<br />
Coal Bunker’s commercial manager Chris Davies said of the kits: “SIPs have enabled us to significantly<br />
increase our manufacturing capacity. We site build glamping pods all across the UK and the team at<br />
Outerspace has helped us to expand and keep up with increased customer demand.”<br />

Treehouse from when they had only trees to<br />
the launch of their beautiful space.<br />
Beginning with a viability assessment and<br />
planning support, the team offered ongoing<br />
informal advice while owner Nick’s vision took shape in the build. When the space was ready, he turned to<br />
Canopy & Stars for pricing advice and the successful launch on Canopy & Stars’ marketing platform.<br />
Bracken Treehouse launched in 2022, and has since achieved an average nightly rate of £194 and 78%<br />
occupancy.<br />
“We felt it would be good to get a second opinion from someone who knew the industry inside and<br />
out – just to make sure we were on the right track... and what changes would make our treehouse more<br />
attractive to guests,” says Nick.<br />
